Skills:
Strong knowledge of tablet compression, coating, blender, VTD, HVAC, water systems, and related equipment
Plant maintenance, utility management, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
Experience with PLC, SCADA, validation, calibration, and mechanical maintenance
Knowledge of safety norms, SOP adherence, and energy conservation initiatives
Handling SAP, documentation, deviation, CAPA, QRM, and other GMP requirements
Experience in granulation, compression, sterilizers, filtration, aseptic operations, and cleanroom practices
Knowledge of analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, LCMS, FTIR, and other QC techniques
Good communication and team-handling skills
