Line clearance activity for Washing, Filling, Sealing, Visual Inspection
Performing Environmental Monitoring in Grade A, B, C, and D clean rooms
Operating Lyophilizer, Autoclave, Vial Filling, Washing, and Sealing
Media Fill / Solution Preparation / BFS & Infusion Bag Filling
Hands-on expertise in PLC, SCADA, and troubleshooting
Preventive maintenance for critical equipment
Mechanical expertise in tunnel, filling, vessels, autoclaves, CIP/SIP, Lyophilizers
Electrical troubleshooting for vial washing, filling, sealing, TS, DPB, and interlocking systems
Utility operations of chillers, compressors, boilers, and UMS monitoring
Qualification:
B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Tech
