Knowledge in medical device packaging and visual inspection aligned with cGMP standards
Experience in strategic planning, documentation, and compliance with GMP & QMS
Strong expertise in Instrumentation & Automation using ABB800xA, Siemens, Allen Bradley PLCs, and SCADA systems
Hands-on experience with biopharma equipment such as Bioreactors, TFF, and ATF
Ability to execute upstream/downstream operations ensuring documentation and GMP compliance
Proficiency in mammalian cell culture, perfusion technology, and single-use technology
Expertise in analytical techniques such as Chromatography, Ultrafiltration, and Virus Filtration
Experience in Development Quality Assurance in Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Analytical departments
Knowledge of biosimilar analytical methods, method validation, and real-time investigations
Experience in bioassays, SPR techniques, and FACS analysis
Strong understanding of GLP, analytical techniques, and sample analysis in material analytics labs
Knowledge of stability protocols, analytical report preparation, and regulatory standards compliance
Capability to execute qualification and calibration activities as per GAMP5 and 21CFR guidelines
