Skills:
Development Quality Assurance in Drug Substance, Drug Product and Analytical
Quality Assurance in Process – Drug Substance Manufacturing, Upstream, Downstream
Experience in cell-based bioassays, SPR technique, FACS techniques
Plan and execute SDS-PAGE, ELISA techniques (HCP, PAL), CELL, RT-PCR
Analytical method transfers and validations
Annual method performance and addressing regulatory queries
Perform chromatography techniques like RP-HPLC, Glycan, SEC, IEX, Pep map
Environmental Monitoring and trend preparation
Cleanrooms and process gases monitoring
Experience in analytical labs with GLP and safety practices
Qualification:
B.Tech or Masters in Biotechnology
B.Tech or Masters in Microbiology
B.Tech or Masters in Biochemistry
