Knowledge of upstream & downstream processes
Hands-on experience in cGMP operations and batch documentation
Shift handling of formulation, blending, filling, and packing
Maintenance and troubleshooting of biologics process equipment
Familiarity with QC assays, analytical methods, and ALCOA compliance
Understanding of IPQA processes including line clearance, media fills, and change controls
