Requirements
Skills:
Hands-on experience in HVAC, EMS/BMS systems
Knowledge of cGMP, cleanroom classifications, HVAC validation
Troubleshooting and documentation skills
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and pharma utilities
Operation and maintenance of HT/LT systems, DG sets, UPS
Compliance with safety and regulatory standards
In-depth knowledge of QMS, cGMP, regulatory guidelines
Handling deviations, CAPA, change control and audits
Strong communication and vendor coordination
Calibration of instruments like pressure, temperature, and flow
Operation and maintenance of calibration instruments
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of pharma equipment
Experience in lyophilizers, autoclaves, sterilizers, depyrogenation tunnels
Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HVAC, process equipment installation and project execution
Vendor and contractor management
Familiarity with AutoCAD, P&ID review, and layout drawings
Qualification:
Diploma/Graduation in Engineering
