Skills:
Perform High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), and wet chemical analyses
Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per quality standards
Prepare SOPs and stability studies in compliance with regulations
Ensure GLP-oriented documentation and accurate audit records
Proficient in laboratory software for analytical testing
Ensure cGMP and regulatory compliance in QA operations
Manage AQA, IPQA, batch release, deviations, CAPA, change control, and audits
Oversee analytical data review with ALCOA+ principles
Monitor QA activities, in-process checks, and compliance documentation
Maintain qualifications, preventive maintenance, and calibration reviews
Prepare quality documents per regulatory requirements
Drive automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives
