Skills:
Exposure to OSD manufacturing operations including Granulation, Pellet Coating, and Capsule Filling
Primary Packing operations such as Blister Packing, Sachet Filling, Bottle & Bulk Packing
Secondary Packing operations like Cartonator and Labelling
Knowledge of Compression, Coating, and e-BPR/e-log systems
Experience in analysis of Solid Oral dosage forms – FP, IP, and Stability samples
Expertise in handling HPLC, UV spectrophotometer, and Dissolution Tester operations
Analytical Method Validation/Transfer (Solid Oral)
Good understanding of IPQA, AQA, and DRA guidelines
Experience with GC, ICPMS, and/or LCMS operations
Qualification:
10th Pass, 12th Pass
ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm (Mandatory for Operator level)
B.Pharm, M.Pharm
B.Sc, M.Sc
