Skills:
Knowledge of AHU, Dehumidifier, HVAC equipment, BMS system, PLC modification, GMP documentation, PM checklist, daily records, data monitoring
Preventive maintenance of granulation, compression, coating, blister & strip machines, powder & bulk packing lines
Exposure in manufacturing & packing processes, GMP documentation, log systems
Experience in analysis of solid oral FP, in-process or stability samples, UV spectrophotometer, dissolution tester, analytical method validation/transfer
Good knowledge of IPQA & AQA
Exposure to OSD manufacturing operations, granulation, tablet coating, compression, blister & strip packing, secondary packing (carton & labeling)
Qualification:
B.E. (Electrical / Mechanical)
B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical
ITI / D.Pharm
Experience:
0 to 10 years depending on position
2 to 8 years for specific analytical and QA/QC roles
