Experience in Development Quality Assurance for Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Analytical
In-process Quality Assurance for Drug Substance Manufacturing
Knowledge of upstream and downstream operations
Experience in cell-based bioassays, SPR techniques, and FACS techniques
Ability to execute SDS-PAGE, ELISA (HCP, PAL), CELL-based assays, RT-PCR
Expertise in analytical method transfers, method validation, and real-time investigations
Strong understanding of GMP compliance, documentation, and regulatory guidelines
Qualification:
