Job Details
1. Manufacturing Experience Operators
Qualification: Any Diploma / B.Sc
Experience: 2 to 6 years in manufacturing injectables
Skills:
→ Handling production equipment for vial filling, washing, capping, sealing, compounding
→ Knowledge of terminal sterilization and stopper process of injectables
2. Manufacturing Supervisors
Qualification: M.Pharmacy / M.Sc (Full Time) with 6 to 10 years OR B.Pharmacy with 8 to 12 years
Experience: Manufacturing (Upstream/Downstream) injectables
Skills:
→ Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
→ Knowledge of USFDA-regulated manufacturing operations
→ Expertise in cGMP operations and people management
3. Manufacturing – Senior Equipment Specialists (SES)
Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical only)
Experience: 6 to 10 years in Pharma/Chemicals/FMCG/Food & Beverages/Cosmetics companies
Skills:
→ Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance
→ Reviewing work orders and documentation
→ Executing reliability plans and ensuring smooth plant operations
→ Handling equipment-related losses and action planning
